CREATE A HEALING INTENTION

 

 

Creating a healing intention is a skill.

Mastering this skill of creating a healing intention will help you to achieve any goal that is not just related to healing. When you create a healing intention and focus on it, you should try to sense it in every way; see it, taste it, smell it, feel it, and hear it.  So engaging all your senses helps you to create that moment in your body.   When you imagine that something is happening, your brain sends signals to the rest of your body as though that experience is actually happening.  This is a phenomenon that has been studied and researched.

Here is an example of a creating a healing intention for the pain, that I often experience in my lower back.

I am now creating a healing intention that would be phrased like this:

I want to be permanently and completely free of pain in my lower lumber spine area, around vertebrae L5 and L6, and  this will occur naturally, in my home, by the end of tomorrow, July 7th.

  • I want to visualize myself being able to move without pain, easily and freely, and that being to walk and sit comfortably.  It feels wonderful to move my lower back without pain, and to sit without pain. I can see myself twisting from right to left and left to right without discomfort.   I can hear myself moving quietly without any popping and cracking.

So that is an example of creating a healing  intention that is framed specifically.
